Contemporary Home and Studio

The clients are a young couple who sourced a home plan online to ensure it had all the features they desired. However the 70's cottage style was not to their liking. I worked with them to refine the plan and adapt it to their long narrow site while still accessing sea views from the Master Bedroom at the upper level. We added a small unit at the rear for recreation space and guest housing,and created a courtyard with a small swimming pool.
