Brandywine Estate Restaurant Remodel

Extensive remodel of a 6,000sf restaurant subsequent to hurricane damage which rendered the premises un-usable. Complete replacement of roof at central kitchen and bar structure. Complete rebuild of wooden gazebo. Design of new roof over outdoor terrace and necessary buttress column supports. Design of new roof slab and column supports over extensive outdoor eating area adjacent to central structure.
